Shipping Policy

All orders are packed with care and shipped either directly from me or from trusted warehouse and supplier partners, depending on the product.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

I currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. Some products, including Itera Wands, may be shipped directly from my Australian supplier, so please allow up to 10 business days for delivery where applicable.

Shipping Providers

Orders are sent using trusted courier providers including Pass the Parcel, NZ Post and Aramex, depending on parcel size and delivery location.

Rural & PO Box Addresses

Please note that rural delivery may take slightly longer. Some couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If needed, I’ll contact you for an alternative delivery address.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you’ve ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, I’ll personally contact you with an update on incoming stock and estimated delivery timing. If the delay doesn’t suit you, a full refund will happily be offered.

Tracking & Support

Once your parcel is on the way, tracking details will be emailed to you. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out anytime at renee@embracehealth.co.nz and I’ll do my best to help.
