Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the products and services offered through Embrace Health, including practitioner-grade wellness products and personalised energetic sessions, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds on opened products, supplements or completed sessions.

I stand by the quality and integrity of everything in my store. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll work with you to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the case of damage or error, products must be unused, in their original packaging and photographic proof may be required.

Energetic sessions, digital products and personalised services are non-refundable, as they are custom, time-based and individually delivered.
